Conference Registration

Authors must register their information on the registration site by January 15, 2026 (JST). All participants of this workshop are required to complete their registration by the same date.
Please note that this deadline will not be extended.

Payment of the registration fee is mandatory in order to present your paper.

Please note that at least one author of each accepted paper must register and pay the registration fee by January 15, 2026 (JST). Otherwise, the paper will be removed from the proceedings.

The registration fee differs depending on the presentation style (onsite or virtual). Before paying the registration fee, please decide whether you will present onsite or virtually, as the registration fee is non-refundable. In other words, you should complete the submission of your camera-ready paper before paying the registration fee.

If you need a visa, please begin the visa application process as soon as possible so that it can be issued before the workshop.

When registration is completed, confirmation E-mail is received. In the E-mail, information on the bank and registration No. are described.

The author must pay the registration fee through the bank by Jan. 15, 2026.
Registration No. should be added before the name when it is paid by bank transfer.
For final paper submission
Author downloads the style file for the final manuscript from the conference website.

Author must submit the final paper (4 pages are required) for the conference by Jan. 15, 2026.

You must access the same account you used to submit your 1-page summary and submit your camera-ready paper.

Note: If circumstances prevent you from attending onsite, you may participate in the virtual sessions; however, the difference between the onsite and virtual registration fees will not be refunded.

Note: Virtual registration does not provide access to onsite sessions.

Extra Ticket Information

Extra Ticket is valid for conference dinner and farewell party. Note that it is invalid for accessing conference sessions.
