Submission Schemes

1. First Submission

Authors are invited to submit 1-page summaries in PDF format through the workshop website.

Authors will receive notification of your summary submission until 1st Jan. 2014. After the acceptance, authors will be required to submit the final paper (4-page maximum) for the workshop proceedings. All correspondence will be via e-mail. No hard copies will be accepted. At least one author of each paper must register for the workshop for papers to be included in the program.

2. Final Camera-Ready Submission

After the notification of acceptance, authors must submit a camera-ready paper (4 pages) with PDF until 15th Jan. 2015 which is very strict.

LaTeX Style File and MS Word Template

For the convenience of LaTeX users, we provide a LaTeX style file (ncsp15.sty) which automatically formats the manuscript in accordance with the workshop requirements. A LaTeX sample file (ncsp15cr.tex) will show you how to use the style file. We also provide a Microsoft Word template (ncsp15.doc) and a sample paper in PDF format (ncsp15.pdf).

The instructions of preparing manuscript with the author's kit can be found from the following page. Please notice that the style of the camera-ready is changed drastically from NCSP'12 conference. So all authors should use this new style format. At least one author of each paper must register and pay a registration fee until 15th and 16th Jan, respectively. If not, that paper will be removed from the proceedings.
