Registration fee :

  • At least one author of each paper must register for the conference by Jan. 15 .
  • The author must pay the registration fee through the bank by Jan. 16.
  • The registration fee must be paid in Japanese yen.
  • Bank transfer commission should be paid.
  • Only Cash (JPY) will be accepted for on-site registration.
  • We cannot accept any Credit Card.
  • Any fees are not refunded.

    *1, *2, *3, *4: The fee includes admittance to the conference sessions, USB flash memory of proceedings, Banquetand and Award Ceremony.
    "Extra Ticket" includes Banquet.
    The date and time are based on Japan Standard Time (JST).
