Presentation Instructions

Language

Oral presentations must be prepared and delivered in English.

Time

All oral presentations for papers will be limited to a total of 18 minutes including time for questions/comments from the audience.
It is absolutely essential that speakers remain on schedule to allow attendees the opportunity to move between concurrent sessions.

Presentation Slides

All presenters will be expected to make electronic presentations. It is required for presenters to prepare laptop computer.Over head projectors also will be available. We ask you to bring an extra copy of your presentation to the conference on USB memory or OHP sheets. If you have some difficulties to meet these conditions above, please contact the secretary.
