Final Call for Papers The 2004 RISP International Workshop on Nonlinear Circuits and Signal Process-
ing (NCSP’04) will be held at Waikiki Beach Marriott Resort, Honolulu, Hawaii,
USA, on March 5–7,  2004.   The conference is open to researchers from all over
the world. In particular, the organizing committee encourages students to present
their preliminary results that are not necessarily ready for publications in technical
journals. Papers describing original works in all aspects of Nonlinear Circuits and
Signal Processing are invited. Possible topics include, but are not limited to:
Circuit Theory, Oscillation, Synchronization, Chaos, Bifurcation, Neu-
ral Networks, Chaos Neural Networks, Cellular Neural Networks, Bio-
Inspired Networks, Biocybernetics, Bioinformatics, Complex Systems,
Fuzzy  Systems,  Control  Systems,  Optimization,  Circuit  Simulation,
Power Electronics, Modeling, Estimation, Detection, Filter, Filter Bank,
Adaptive Systems, Wavelet Transform, Communication Systems, Data
Compression, Speech Recognition, Echo Canceller, Blind Systems, Im-
age Processing,  Image Recognition,  Fractal,  Video Signal Processing,
Cryptosystems, Internet Security, Watermarking

IEICE Research Society of Digital Signal Processing Authors  are  invited  to  submit  a  1-page  summary  in  PDF  or  PostScript  format
through the symposium home page. After the acceptance, authors will be required
to submit the final paper (4-page maximum) for the symposium proceedings.
All correspondence will be via e-mail.  No hard copies will be accepted.  At least
one author of each paper must register for the workshop for papers to be included
in the program.  For more information, please visit the symposium home page or
contact the symposium committee.
